How do I choose the right promotional product for my brand?

Sometimes what works well for one brand will not work for another.  When choosing products put yourself in the shoes of your target recipient.  What do they value and what are their interests? What print should I have on my products?

First things first, most promotional products will include your organisation's logo. A slogan if you have one. Other popular things that are added include contact details, website URL, tagline, inspirational messaging and social media handles and QR code.

 

I need merchandise fast, can you help?

We have options for expedited production and delivery of many products and will do our best to find solutions for your deadline. Please get in touch with us now to ensure you have the most options available.  We will need to get your order into production as soon as possible.

 

Can I get a sample before placing an order?

We offer samples on nearly all of our products, samples can be a great way to check the quality of a product before placing an order.  Speak with us to arrange for a sample to be delivered to you.

How long will it take to receive my products?

Delivery times differ on a product-to-product basis.  The estimated production is displayed on each product page (in working days) which after being dispatched will be delivered to your location.  Generally, most products can be dispatched in under two weeks, but we do have many options available on an express service. If need your products by a certain time, let us know ASAP and we will give you options.

 

What is the order process?

The ordering process is simple. It can be briefly summarised in 4 stages:

  1. Request a quote online, alternatively call us on  +61 448 674 228
  1. Send us your logo/artwork and we will then create a proof for your approval.
  1. You approve the proof and it goes into production.
  1. The products are decorated with your logo and then delivered to your specified location using a reputable freight carrier.

 

How do I place an order?

There are a few ways you can make an order with us

  1. Request a formal quote online and we will send you pricing.  Just email back to us a confirmation of the products you would like to proceed with.

Can I order blank products?

While we do not show pricing for undecorated products on the website, we can still supply products unbranded in certain situations. You will need to enquire over the phone, and we will see what we can do to help.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order any time prior to the order going into production.  However, once the items have been decorated with your logo, the order can no longer be cancelled. If you need to change your order for whatever reason, contact us for assistance.

 

I have put in a quote request/product order.  What now?

Behind the scenes, we are working away to answer your request.  For now, you can hang ten and we will be in touch shortly.

If it has been a while and you have not received contact from us please check your junk email folder and contact us.

 

What format do I need to send my logo in?  And what if I do not have that format?

To decorate your products we will need a vector file format of your logo. Print ready PDF or EPS are preferred.  If you don’t have this available send us the highest resolution of your logo available and we can redraw it for you.

 

Do you keep my logo on file?

Yep, to make things easier for you we will keep your logo handy so next time you need to order we have everything ready to go.  Speeding up the process and making things easier for you.

 

What are set up charges?

We don’t charge for set up.

 

Can you help me with the design?

Yes!  We can design your product for you. We will need some direction from you such as logo, branding colours and any info you want on your product.

 

I have a multi-coloured logo, can it be converted to one colour?

Yes!.  Multi-colour printing is what we are all about.  We offer full CMYK printing on most of our products.

 

How do I know how my logo will look on the final product?

We always want you to be 100% confident before these products go into production so on every order you will receive a Virtual Proof that displays the exact colour, location and size your logo will be displayed. We can also send you a sample!

 

What payment types are available?

You can pay via EFT, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.  American Express cards however will incur an additional 3.5% fee.

 

What is your Returns Policy?

We're here to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your promotional merchandise.  And before ordering can send you a physical sample and will always send an artwork proof that must be approved before any production begins. Unfortunately, after the items have been decorated with your logo change of mind returns are not accepted.

 

What if I’m unhappy with my order?

Is your logo printed incorrectly or is there a different issue?  Let your account manager know and we will try to rectify the situation. All orders are covered by our Two-Way Guarantee so if your logo doesn’t match the proof you have approved we will get them fixed free of charge.

 

Can I have my order delivered to multiple locations?

We can do split delivery locations on most products.

How much is freight?

What shipping couriers do you use?

Depending upon where the products are going to we will use the most trusted delivery courier.

 

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Yes! We ship worldwide.
